A man has been charged with murder after shooting dead his wife and her lover when he walked in on them having sex. Juan Carlos Garcia, 42, a security guard, suspected his wife, Sandra Castellanos, 39, was having an affair while he was working night shifts, so he planned a trap to catch her in the act. Juan caught Sandra having sex with her boyfriend Noe Gomez, 35, at their family home in Atlantico, Colombia while their three kids were asleep. Juan then pulled a handgun and shot his cheating wife and her boyfriend at around 9 p.m. on 4 August. The father-of-three found out about his wife's infidelity from neighbours. To catch them red-handed, he pretended to go to work on that fateful day, then stayed at a friend's house. From there he called his wife to enquire about their kids and soon after, he burst into their home unexpectedly. Seven staff of Dangote Sugar Refinery and a businessman were arraigned before a Lagos High Court, Ikeja, on Monday for stealing N451 million belonging to the company. The accused were arraigned on an eight-count charge of conspiracy, stealing, forgery and presentation of false documents before vacation judge, Justice Sedoten Ogunsanya. The defendants were – Musa Sule, Joseph Ukpah, Babatunde Ajao, Chinedu Onyekwere, Ezekiel Omoro, Rahman Alayande, Odion Abugba, a businessman, Habib Mande and his company El-Habib Property Nigeria Limited. Two other staff, Zainab Adebanjo and Manir Mohammed, have been declared wanted by officers of the Special Fraud Unit (SFU), Ikoyi, Lagos. When the charges were read, the accused persons pleaded not guilty to the charges preferred against them by the state prosecutor, Mr. E.A Jackson.
