A man was caught this afternoon allegedly trying to rape a 6-year-old girl in Ikorodu, Lagos state. According to a Facebook user based in  Ikorodu, Rasheed Adedeji Fatuga, he came visiting and lured the little girl to an uncompleted building. Read what Rasheed posted below…. “He has packed away from the area, but came visiting his former neighbors, he was welcomed and entertained. As the neighbors were distracted, he lured one of their daughters to an uncompleted building around the area. He was seen and caught by a passerby as he was about to rape the six years old girl in the uncompleted building around Kasoleri area, close to Agbala Itura, Ikorodu. A man has been charged with murder after shooting dead his wife and her lover when he walked in on them having sex. Juan Carlos Garcia, 42, a security guard, suspected his wife, Sandra Castellanos, 39, was having an affair while he was working night shifts, so he planned a trap to catch her in the act. Juan caught Sandra having sex with her boyfriend Noe Gomez, 35, at their family home in Atlantico, Colombia while their three kids were asleep. Juan then pulled a handgun and shot his cheating wife and her boyfriend at around 9 p.m. on 4 August. The father-of-three found out about his wife's infidelity from neighbours. To catch them red-handed,  he pretended to go to work on that fateful day, then stayed at a friend's house. Seven staff of Dangote Sugar Refinery and a businessman were arraigned before a Lagos High Court, Ikeja,  on Monday  for stealing N451 million belonging to the company. The accused were arraigned on an eight-count charge of conspiracy, stealing, forgery and presentation of false documents before vacation judge, Justice Sedoten Ogunsanya. The defendants were – Musa Sule, Joseph Ukpah, Babatunde Ajao, Chinedu Onyekwere, Ezekiel Omoro, Rahman Alayande, Odion Abugba, a businessman, Habib Mande and his company El-Habib Property Nigeria Limited. Two other staff, Zainab Adebanjo and Manir Mohammed, have been declared wanted by officers of the Special Fraud Unit (SFU), Ikoyi, Lagos. When the charges were read, the accused persons pleaded not guilty to the charges preferred against them by the state prosecutor, Mr. E.A Jackson. The coalition of Northern Group said in Abuja on Tuesday that the October 1, 2017 ultimatum given to Igbo living in the North to vacate the zone remained. The coalition, which is made up of 16 different groups, spoke at a meeting it held with a former Governor of Abia State, Chief Uzor Kalu. The leader of the coalition, Mr Shettima Yerima, restated the group’s position during the meeting. He said though the groups in the coalition had held meetings on the ultimatum, they had yet to lift the quit notice. One of the pro-Biafran groups, the Biafra Zionist Federation, on Monday, in Enugu, declared the secession of the ‘Republic of Biafra’ from Nigeria. Biafra takes off as an independent country on Tuesday (today), August 1, 2017, according to BZM leader, Mr. Benjamin Onwuka, who declared himself the ‘Interim President’ of the new nation at a press briefing at the Enugu secretariat of the Nigerian Union of Journalists.
